I love your videos
I,m in Australia, canning is not big here , mainly only fruit in water bath. I got my self a presto canner, & a blue ball book. it says to heat the bottled food for 10min before eating, ok for meat in , stew recipe or with a gravy.
but what about chicken, for a sandwich , or for a salad?
do I empty in sauce pan, then when cool put in fridge till cold enough to have as a sandwich or salad? seems confusing, as id like to use these bottles of meat, if there,s no power. no power to keep thing cold
would appreciate your advice
regards
